Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria and diagnosed with schizophrenia; 2. Han nationality, aged 15-40 years old, resident in Shanghai; 3. The course of disease <=10 years; Patients who meet the above criteria for inclusion and exclusion were included as a primary caregiver into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. impaired hearing and language; 2. comorbidities of dementia, mental retardation and severe cognitive impairment. The exclusion criteria for primary caregivers: 1. hearing and language impairment; 2. comorbidities of dementia, mental retardation and severe cognitive impairment.
