Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12~65 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with gastrocnemius contracture (diagnostic criteria: Silfverski?ld test positive); 3. Surgical treatment of foot and ankle diseases requires simultaneous gastrocnemius muscle release surgery; 4. Patients who sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor; 2. Infection; 3. Patients with wound infection in the surgical area or recent positive blood culture bacteria; 4. Hgb normal value above 10s, or platelet<60×10^9/L; 5. Women during pregnancy; 6. Decompensated liver cirrhosis, uremia or severe brain injury; 7. Patients who have a history of gastrocnemius muscle release, Achilles tendon surgery, or a history of calf triceps disease, trauma or surgery; 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
