Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. The initial diagnosis of the primary colorectal lesion was pathologically diagnosed as colorectal adenocarcinoma by endoscopic biopsy; 3. Contrast-enhanced CT and liver MRI diagnosed as liver metastasis at the first diagnosis; 4. After multidisciplinary discussion, it is expected that the primary colorectal cancer and liver metastases will be resected at the same time, and the results of R0 surgery can be obtained; 5. Preoperative ECOG physical status score 0/1; 6. Preoperative ASA score-III; 7. Patient's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Suffer from severe mental illness; 3. History of liver surgery (including interventional therapy and ablation therapy); 4. History of colorectal surgery (including ESD / EMR for colorectal cancer); 5. Preoperative imaging studies suggest extrahepatic metastasis; 6. Preoperative imaging examination revealed regional fusion and enlarged lymph nodes (maximum diameter >=3cm); 7. Preoperative imaging examination revealed portal vein tumor thrombus; 8. History of other malignant diseases within 5 years; 9. Patients with colorectal cancer who have undergone ablation, interventional treatment or recommended such treatment; 10. History of unstable angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months; 11. History of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months; 12. A history of continuous systemic corticosteroid therapy within 1 month; 13. Concurrent surgical treatment for other diseases is required; 14. Comorbidities of colorectal cancer (bleeding, perforation, obstruction) requiring emergency surgery.
