Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) He was in good condition and could tolerate the operation; 2) The type of fracture can be effectively reduced through a single approach; 3) Patients with general condition unable to tolerate the combined anterior and posterior approach; 4) Patients with poor local soft tissue condition and high risk of bilateral approach.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with poor general condition, complicated with other systemic diseases and unable to tolerate surgery; 2) Complex fracture types that cannot be reduced by single incision; 3) The type of fracture that cannot be effectively fixed by channel screw; 4) The patients who did not cooperate with postoperative examination for various reasons could not judge the prognosis.
