Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine, Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to the clinical study after signing the informed consent. 2. Aged >=18 years old; 3. Meropenem was applied according to clinical requirements, the infusion frequency was Q8h, and the infusion method was continuous infusion (2.5h).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring renal replacement therapy and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation treatment; 2. Meropenem was used within one week; 3. End-stage renal disease, namely GFR 32 kg/m2; 5.ICU stay <4 days.
