Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Aged 38 and 70 years old; (3) Those who voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent form; (4) KL grade <=grade III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of trauma and surgery on the knee; (2) Patients with tumor, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases in the knee; (3) Psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc.; (4) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental illness;
