Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with NPC recurrence after radical radiotherapy were confirmed by pathology; 2. Patients with negative pathological margin after endoscopic skull base minimally invasive surgery 3. According to the TNM staging criteria of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (AJCC, 8th Edition, 2017), rT2, rT3, and rT4 patients who were assessed by the surgical team could undergo total resection. 4. If there was cervical lymph node metastasis, surgical resection and local control could be used.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with positive pathological margin after endoscopic skull base minimally invasive surgery; 2. Recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma with distant metastasis; 3. The patients who did not get the information of pathological margin during operation; 4. Patients with poor general condition and unable to tolerate treatment; 5. Patients with contraindications to chemotherapy were assessed by a multidisciplinary team.
