Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases at Xin Hua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, with a fetal diagnosis of typical tetralogy of Fallot, or double-outlet right ventricle with pulmonary stenosis and ventricular septal defect (tetralogy-type).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fetuses with concomitant pulmonary atresia, absent pulmonary valve, atrioventricular septal defect, right ventricular hypoplasia at the time of first echocardiography.
