Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as ankylosing spondylitis; (2) Patients discharged from hospital after the condition of remission and meet discharge standards. (3) Aged >=18 years, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Fibromyalgia, local pain due to lumbar or cervical compression, with nerve roots or other moderate to severe pain, may be confused with ankylosing spondylitis associated pain assessment or self-assessment; (2) Combined with important organ dysfunction; (3) Can't use computer or smart phone; (4) Incomplete records.
