Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were diagnosed according to the dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive episode and the Chinese version of mini; 2. The patients with first attack or relapse have not taken antidepressant drugs or have not taken antidepressant drugs this time; 3. Inpatients or outpatients; 4. Patients aged 18-65 years old, regardless of gender; 5. Patients who have signed the informed consent form; 6. Patients with HAMD score >= 17; 7. Patients with hama-14 score < 14.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for any other mental disorder other than depression and the Chinese version of mini for any other mental disorder; 2. Patients with a history of any other mental illness; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment or personality disorder; 4. Patients who met the dsm-5 criteria for substance abuse or dependence in the past 6 months; 5. Patients with serious physical diseases, such as heart disease (i.e. grade II and above cardiac function) or basal heart rate 140mmHg; diastolic blood pressure 90mmHg; obvious abnormal liver and renal function (transaminase >= 3 times of the upper normal limit).
