18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Body mass index: 18.5kg/m2-23.9 kg/m2; (3) Patients with high risk factors before surgery who were directly transferred to ICU after surgery as patients with perioperative mechanical ventilation; (4) Expected ventilation time >= 24h, mechanical ventilation time < 48h when enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People who are allergic to opioids; (2) Who chronic pain level 3 or above, regular use of powerful opioids such as morphine; (3) Patients with neurological trauma or organic brain damage or disturbance of consciousness; (4) Patients with severe shock; (5) Pregnant or lactating patients; (6) Liver and kidney dysfunction and severe underlying diseases; (7) Bradycardia < 50 times /min; (8) Patients with serious postoperative complications; (9) Myasthenia gravis.
