Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pulmonary hypertension group: Patients with pulmonary hypertension confirmed by right heart catheterization. Control group: matched with age, gender and BMI of pulmonary hypertension group, patients with low probability of pulmonary hypertension or right heart catheterization did not meet the diagnostic criteria of pulmonary hypertension by echocardiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure caused by myocarditis and / or pericarditis; 2. Patients with acute and chronic bacterial and / or viral infections; 3. Patients with acute myocardial ischemia; 4. Patients with severe liver / renal insufficiency (ALT > 3 ULN, EGFR < 30 ml / min); 5. Patients with diabetes, hyperthyroidism and severe anemia (HB < 60 g / L); 6. Malignant tumor, pregnancy.
