Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. Patients with primary tinnitus of unknown etiology; 3. The course of the disease is more than 6 months; 4. Those who can answer or understand the institute's scale and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tinnitus with pulsating tinnitus caused by abnormal vascular malformations; 2. Tinnitus with a clear cause: such as Meniere's disease, otosclerosis, etc.; 3. Chronic headache, neurological disorders, traumatic brain injury or mental disorders Treated patients; 4. Patients with claustrophobia or unable to cooperate with EEG.
