Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: Diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee: Using the diagnostic criteria as amended by the American College of Rheumatology in 1995, which include clinical and clinical + radiological + laboratory criteria: 1. Knee pain in the last month; 2. X-ray film showed osteophyte formation; 3. Joint fluid examination was consistent with osteoarthritis; 4. Aged >=40 years; 5. Morning stiffness <=30min; 6. bone crepitus. Knee osteoarthritis is diagnosed if 1+2 or 1+3+5+6, or 1+4+5+6 are met. Inclusion criteria: Meet the above diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis with knee pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. After knee replacement; 2. Inflammatory knee arthritis or joint infection; 3. Neuropathic arthropathy; 4. Reactive arthritis; 5. Periarticular fracture; 6. Gout knee arthritis; 7. Severe liver and kidney disease; 8. Traumatic arthritis; 9. Digestive diseases include gastric and esophageal delayed emptying, gastric ulcer, bleeding and esophageal reflux gastritis; 10. Obvious deformity of the knee or vascular and nerve injury of the affected limb; 11. Damaged skin around knee joint; 12. Secondary osteoporosis; 13. Long-term oral immunosuppressants, estrogen, and selective estrogen receptor modulators.
