Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The tibial plateau fracture was confirmed by imaging examination; 2. Complete clinical treatment; 3. Actively cooperate with treatment, accept postoperative follow-up; 4. The patient and his family members signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with clotting dysfunction; 2. Intolerance to surgery or anesthesia; 3. Severe infection has an impact on surgery and wound healing.
