Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the international BD and NBS diagnostic criteria, details from specific literatures; 2. Aged 18 to 45 years; 3. Right-handed; 4. Educational years over 9 years; 5. Those who can cooperate with MRI; 6. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have a history of primary neuropsychiatric disorders, head trauma, epilepsy, loss of consciousness, etc.; 2. severe physical disease, recent medication; 3. obvious contraindications for MRI examination; 4. History of drug abuse; 5. History of alcohol abuse; 6. Withdrawal of informed consent.
