Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Age> 3 years old, no gender limit; b) Surgical pathology diagnosed as medulloblastoma; c) Traditional molecular typing is WNT/SHH type; d) The auxiliary classification of small molecule metabolism detection is WNT/SHH type; e) The clinical risk is classified as standard risk group; f) KPS score =70; g) Expected survival time = 3 years; h) Have not received any other radiation and chemotherapy in the past; i) The subject voluntarily joins the study, and the patient or legal guardian signs an informed consent form with the consent of the patient, with good compliance and cooperation with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Relapsed patients; b) Past or simultaneous suffering from other malignant tumors; c) According to the judgment of the investigator, there are other patients with concomitant diseases that seriously endanger the safety of the patient or affect the completion of the study.
