Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In consistent with the anatomical definition of functional single ventricle; 2. Received total cavapulmonary anastomosis (TCPC), namely Fontan operation, at Shanghai Children's Medical Center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In addition to the establishment of the Fontan cycle during the operation, the accompanying operations are performed
