ACPT group of central fixation:atropine combined patching

patching group of central fixation:patching

CFT group of eccentric fixation:central fixation training by microperimeter combined visual stimulation

RP group of eccentric fixation :Reverse patching combined red flashes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 7 to 12 years old; (2) Monocular amblyopia: BCVA =0.8 in the fellow eye; (3) No amblyopia treatment was performed in the previous 6 months except optical correction; (4) Strabismic amblyopia, anisometropic amblyopia or both.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ocular factors that can cause vision loss, including form deprivation; 2. myopia; 3. history of intraocular surgery; 4. color blindness and color weakness; 5. history of atropine allergy; 6. systemic diseases affecting intelligence.
