18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary nodules suspected of lung cancer (500 cases); 2. Aged >= 18 and = 0.8cm; 4. Indications for tissue biopsy (tracheoscopy or percutaneous lung puncture) or surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can not understand the research process, or are unable / unwilling to answer questionnaires, provide medical records, examination reports and other relevant information; 2. Patients who did not comply with the research work; 3. There was no pathological report.
