Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 40 and 79 years; (2) Coronary angiography and clinical manifestations meet the standards for coronary heart disease; (3) The blood pressure in both screening rooms was in line with the following criteria: systolic blood pressure =130 mmHg measured by catheterization; (5) Agree to participate in the experiment, insist on follow-up, and go to the hospital;Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute myocardial infarction; (2) With suspected or definite secondary hypertension; (3)For diseases that require the use of drugs that may affect blood pressure, such as prostate disease, it is possible to add or subtract drugs during the trial; (4) Stroke, heart failure and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases occurred within the last 6 months; (5) Liver function examination results (ALT, AST, TBL) >=2 ULN, or serum creatinine >=176 Umol/L, or serum potassium >=5.5 mmol/L or <=3.5 mmol/L; (6) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (7) Contraindications with ARB or CCB; (8) Combined with other diseases not suitable for the study, such as thyroid disease on medication, acute infectious diseases, mental and psychological diseases, tumor disease history within 5 years, etc.
