Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis; (2) There was no opioid or opioid use three months before surgery; (3) Patients with spinal anesthesia; (4) They were older than 65 years old; (5) They voluntarily participated in clinical trials and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Sleep disorder before operation; (2) There was history of delirium, dementia, cognitive impairment, anxiety, depression or other neuropsychiatric disorders three months before operation; (3) Central and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; (4) History of cerebrovascular disease; (5) Patients with a history of mental illness; (6) Local anesthetic allergy patients; (7) Unable to understand the relevant assessment scale and the evaluator; (8) Emergency surgery patients; (9) Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
