Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 75 years; 2. Diabetic patients, in line with WHO's diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 3. People with sarcopenia determined by screening, according to AWGS diagnostic criteria, calculated by BIA, males' RSMI <7.0 kg/m2, female's RSMI <5.7kg/m2 and/or males' grip strength <26 kg, females' <18 kg or pace test <0.8 m/s; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients with fasting blood glucose>16.7 mmol/L or unstable blood glucose; 2. Hypertensive patients with systolic blood pressure>=180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure>=110 mmHg; 3. Diabetes complicated with severe lower limb disease (foot ulcers, gangrene, amputation, etc.); 4. Combined with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe retinopathy, severe musculoskeletal disease and acute infection; 5. Failed to complete the exercise program independently; 6. Cognitive dysfunction.
