Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. Patients who met the CCI diagnostic criteria: (1) ICU stay > 14 days; (2) Persistent organ dysfunction (SOFA score: cardiovascular system function score >=1 or any other system function score >=2 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced tumor, blood tumor and primary neuromuscular disease; 2. Patients with EGFR 35kg / m2; 4. Patients with TPN, oral feeding, NUTRIC and nrs2002 scores < 5; 5. Patients with protein supply < 1.2g/kg/d.
