Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. APACHII score >=8; 3. expected to receive nutrition treatment for at least 7 days, and being able to complete written informed consent in accordance with national regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. APACHII score>20; 2. life expectancy after study treatment was less than 7 days; 3. hypersensitivity to nutritional treatment ingredients; 4. serious clinical significant diseases, such as congestive heart failure or severe renal insufficiency (renal failure can uncompensated by hemofiltration or dialysis); 5. impaired liver function (total bilirubin > 3 times of the upper limit of normal value or the level of ALT >4 times of the upper limit of normal value; 6. the history of human immunodeficiency virus infection; 7. congenital abnormal amino acid metabolism; 8. serious dyslipidemia (triglyceride level > 2 times of the upper limit of normal or > 400 mg / dl or > 4.52 mmol / L) or severe hyperglycemia (blood glucose >360 mg/dl); 9. pregnant or lactating; 10. malignant tumor patients.
