Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Severe secondary tuberculosis group: Diagnose patients with secondary tuberculosis according to "Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis (WS288-2008)". Mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum was positive for acid-fast staining. The lesion occupies >= 3 lung fields, with holes or serious complications. The newly treated patients did not receive anti-tuberculosis treatment; (2) Mild secondary tuberculosis group: patients with secondary tuberculosis diagnosed according to "Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis (WS288-2008)". The selected case was active pulmonary tuberculosis, and mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum was positive for acid-fast staining. The lesion occupies <= 2 lung fields. The newly treated patients did not receive anti-tuberculosis treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years old; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with immune system diseases or receiving immunotherapy; 4. Patients infected with HIV; 5. Patients with complications during pregnancy or lactation.
