Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) A patient diagnosed with Crohn's disease meets the diagnostic criteria established by the "Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018, Beijing)" by the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Group of the Chinese Medical Association Gastroenterology Branch; 2) Voluntary acceptance and signed informed consent; 3) Aged 18-70 years old; 4) Those who can communicate well with researchers and complete the experiment process; 5) For patients who have been clinically diagnosed as CD and have indications for surgery, the indications for surgery are based on the standards established by the "Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018, Beijing)".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People who are allergic to iodine, or are allergic to multiple drugs; 2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, renal failure, and acute cardio-cerebrovascular accident; 3) The patient has signs of malignant tumor recurrence or metastasis; 4) Patients with clear diagnosis of CD but no indication of surgical treatment.
