Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 3. Patients aged 40-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal inflammation or tumor; 2. Patients with history of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Patients who have used NSAIDs, PPI, antibiotics or hormones in the past month.
