Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: western medicine diagnostic criteria: according to Ada (2014) diagnostic criteria, diabetic nephropathy was definitely diagnosed as diabetes, GFR < 60ml / min / 1.73m2 or urinary albumin / creatinine ratio (ACR) was higher than 30mg / g for more than 3 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative; patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and other complications, or combined with other serious consumptive diseases, mental diseases; combined with other diseases affecting glucose and lipid metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism; patients with diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis and infection in recent 1 month; patients with renal dysfunction caused by other reasons.
