18 Years to 110 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients with the pneumonia-derived sepsis admitted to ICU of Shanghai East Hospital meet the definition of sepsis in "Definition 3.0";Patients with septic shock due to pneumonia admitted to ICU of Shanghai East Hospital Patients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) admitted to the emergency medical ward of Shanghai East Hospital meet the diagnostic criteria for CAP of the Respiratory Branch of Chinese Medical Association and are not accompanied by organ dysfunction (SOFA < 2 points);Or Healthy physical examination patient; 3. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Malignant tumor; (2) Autoimmune deficiency disease; (3) Diseases of the blood system; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within one month; (6) Suffers from mental illness.
