Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Case group: patients are diagnosed with high myopia according to "2017 expert consensus on prevention and control of high myopia". (2) Control group: patients do not meet the diagnostic criteria of high myopia, whose basic data such as age and gender match the high myopia group (3) Age: 18-75 years old. (4) Gender: unlimited. (5) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary high myopia. (2) Patients who can't cooperate in examination or whose examination results can't be analyzed (such as unclear pictures of color fundus photography and OCT due to the opacity of refractive stroma). (3) Contraindications of magnetic resonance imaging examination: A. patients who install and carry the following devices in the body, including: cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, cardiac stent, artificial heart valve, metal clip after aneurysm surgery, drug perfusion device implanted in the body, any electronic device implanted in the body (nerve stimulator, bone growth stimulator), endovascular embolic steel ring, filter and heart electric recording monitor, metal suture, shrapnel or iron grit in the body, fixation plate and steel nail after fracture surgery, artificial limb or joint, hearing aid, cochlear implant, middle ear graft, intraocular metal foreign body, etc.; B, claustrophobic patients. (4) Non-myopia patients with other ocular diseases, such as age-related macular degeneration, various retinal vascular diseases (such as retinal arteriovenous occlusion and retinal vasculitis), various types of optic neuropathy (such as ischemic optic neuropathy, optic neuritis, high intracranial pressure optic edema and glaucoma). (5) Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within 3 months; patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; patients with history of eye surgery within 3 months; mental illness, disturbance of consciousness, limited body position, inconvenient movement and critically ill patients.
