Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Aged >1 years, male and female; B. volunteers with the following two of symptoms of defecation in the study were included; a) Defecation straining (at least one out of every 4); b) stool consistency is too dry mass or hard stool (the type of defecation is type I or Type II of the Bristol stool, with at least one defecation in every 4 times); c) Incomplete sensation (at least once in every 4 times); d) a sense of anal rectal obstruction or obstruction (at least one out of every four defecations); e) Manual operation (e.g. finger assisted defecation, pelvic floor support) is required to facilitate defecation (at least 1 out of every 4 defecations); f) defecation frequency is less than 3 times per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The volunteers who belongs to one of the followings are excluded: A. Organic constipation, neurological constipation and intractable constipation; B. Antibiotics intake one month ago before the trial; C. is allergic to milk protein; D. Refuse to sign the informed consent.
