Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 65 to 85 years old; (2) Patients scheduled for cardiac surgery; (3) They signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness patients; 2. Other diseases that can lead to dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, prefrontal dementia, progressive supranuclear palsy, Parkinson's disease, Creutzfeldt's disease, Huntington's disease, alcohol dependence, nervous syphilis, systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. other brain diseases (such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, central nervous system infection with sequelae, etc.); 4. Severe dementia occurred before operation, and MMSE score was less than 10; 5. MMSE and MOCA scales cannot be completed due to other reasons (such as hearing loss or visual impairment).
