Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Re-operation patients; 2. Patients with severe penile curvature ( greater than 60 degree) who need to disconnect the urethra to straighten it; 3. Severe scars on the ventral side of the penis, the urethralplasty cannot be completed in one-stage after removal scars; 4. Urethral stricture after hypospadias; 5. Sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distal hypospadias undergoing initial surgery; 2. The penis is slightly curved, and the penis can be straightened without disconnecting the urethra; 3. Patients with hermaphroditism (sexual malformation 46, XY, DSD); 4. The urethral plate is better retained, and the urethralplasty can be completed by the urethral plate or mucosal inlay to expand the one-stage tube.
