18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years old; 2. patients were scheduled to undergo laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection (miles), including robotic surgery; 3. patients expected to survive for more than 12 months; 4. patients signed informed consent and agreed to receive full follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. They were converted to open surgery due to various reasons; 2. patients who needed laparotomy due to postoperative complications; 3. patients with severe complications, ASA score 4-5; 4. patients with concurrent malignant tumor or with malignant tumor within 5 years before enrollment; 5. patients with stage T4b requiring multiple organ resection; 6. emergency surgery; 7. patients with distant metastasis that could not be cured; 8. pregnant Or suspected of pregnancy; 9. patients living far away from home, unwilling to accept regular examination and follow-up; 10. patients who had undergone colostomy; 11. patients with active infection in abdominal cavity.
