Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old men and women; 2. meet the 2014 International economic Against Epilepsy (ILAE) defined Epilepsy diagnosis standard: at least 2 times interval of 24 h induced or reflective attack, or one not induced or reflective attack, but in the next 10 years recurrence risk with twice the risk of recurrence after induced seizures quite (at least 60%); Or has been diagnosed with epilepsy syndrome; 3. has not been given antidepressant medication; 4. get informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: These patients who have a history of severe psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusionsor suffer from progressive and aggravated central nervous system diseases such as acute phase of stroke, brain malignant tumor or metastatic tumor, various acute phase of encephalitis and Parkinson's diseaseor have a history of malignancy,or have severe cognitive impairment (simple Intelligence scale score <10 points),or can't take care of himself/herself.
