Eight groups:Precise surgical treatment and molecular pathological diagnosis

14 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14-70 years old male and female; 2. Brain core gliomas diagnosed by CT, MRI or pet; 3. In good condition that can undergo surgery, follow-up chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 4. Voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. In poor condition that unable to tolerate surgery, follow-up chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 3. With a history of related surgery; 4. Besudes the brain core area, the tumor also involves other parts, and will affect the treatment effect 5. 5. Unable to cooperate with relevant treatment.
