Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Two thousand consecutive patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography and received coronary intervention, were collected. All of them received 300mg aspirin and 300mg clopidogrel the day before coronary angiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking cilostazol, tirofiban, or ticagrelor at the same time; 2. Taking oral anticoagulation drugs such as warfarin at the same time; 3. Contraindications to the use of aspirin or clopidogrel; 4. Serious complications (coronary dissection, pericardial tamponade, cardiogenic shock, ventricular fibrillation, etc.) occurred during coronary intervention. 5. Platelets less than 100 x 10^9/L; 6. Patients with hematologic disease or high risk of bleeding; 7. Patients with malignant tumor; 8. Pregnant women; 9. Patients with severe renal insufficiency; 10. Patients with impaired liver function.
