18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. In addition to the indicators of liver cirrhosis, it meets the diagnostic criteria of APASL for chronic acute liver failure; 3. Willingness and compliance with research procedures, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past transplant history; 2. MELD score> 35 points; 3. HIV positive; 4. Contraindications for liver transplantation such as malignant tumors and severe systemic infections; 5. Multiple organ transplantation.
