Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically or cytologically confirmed inoperable advanced lung adenocarcinoma (International TMN stage 8, IIIB, IIIc, IV); 2. There are enough tissue samples for molecular detection; 3. Aged >=18 years old; 4. The score of Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECoG PS) was 0-2; 5. Life expectancy >=12 weeks; 6. The patients understood and voluntarily signed the written informed consent; 7. good compliance to be expected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients had uncontrollable complications, including but not limited to: symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, uncontrollable grade III hypertension, liver dysfunction, renal insufficiency, etc; 2. Patients who have received malignant tumor surgery, radiotherapy and systemic anti-tumor therapy; 3. Pregnant or nursing women; 4. Participating in any other drug research tests; 5. HIV positive patients receiving combined antiretroviral therapy.
