70 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically proven poorly differentiated or undifferentiated carcinoma of the nasopharynx; 2. Stage III and IVA/B NPC patients; 3. aged >=70 years; 4. ECOG 0-2; 5. HB>=90g/L, ANC >=1.5x10^9/L, PLT >=80x10^9/L, AST or ALT50ml/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of metastases (below the clavicle or distant) by clinical or radiographic examinations; 2. Patients with simultaneous or prior malignancy (not include basal cell carcinoma of skin); 3. Prior radiation treatment to the head and neck or any prior chemotherapy; 4. Initial surgical treatment excluding diagnostic biopsy of the primary site or neck disease.
