Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years old; 2. the diagnosis of ischemic stroke confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging within 24 hours after the onset of neurological impairment symptoms; 3. get informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of stroke, brain injury, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases; 2. signs of infection before admission or within 72 hours after admission; 3. History of tumor or autoimmune disease; 4. Use of glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive drugs; 5. Have a history of hospitalization or surgery within 30 days before admission.
