Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, patients have severe headache, nasal odor, or repeated epistaxis; 2. Bone necrosis of skull base and abscess cavity formation after necrosis confirmed by imaging; 3. Pathological biopsy excluded the recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma
