Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cirrhosis aged 18-70 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of hepatic encephalopathy; (3) Conform to the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of dampness-heat accumulation; (4) Junior high school or above; (5) Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Dominant hepatic encephalopathy in the past or present; (2) Wilson's disease, drug-induced liver injury, liver cancer or other tumor diseases; (3) mental or neurological diseases; (4) Gastrointestinal bleeding, infection, water and electrolyte disturbance occurred in the past 2 weeks; (5) Use of sedatives and other drugs that affect the function of the nervous system within the last 4 weeks; (6) Still drinking alcohol in the last 6 months; (7) Door-body shunt surgery; (8) Intracranial lesions; (9) Patients with severe heart, gallbladder, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic diseases; (10) Toxic and metabolic encephalopathy; (11) illiterate, intellectual or visually impaired persons unable to complete neuropsychological tests; (12) pregnant or lactating women; (13) Those who do not tolerate the drugs used in this study.
