18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who sign informed consent form; 2. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V depression; 3. Scale score standard: HAMD >= 14; 4. Patients aged 18-60 years; 5. Right handedness; 6. Objects with junior high school education or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenic affective disorder, mental retardation, generalized developmental disorder, delirium, dementia, memory impairment or other cognitive impairment who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V; 2. Mental disorders caused by substance abuse (alcohol, drugs, etc.), patients with severe and unstable physical diseases, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 3. Patients with narrow angle glaucoma, except for patients with febrile seizures; 5. Patients who met the dsm-v-tr criteria for alcohol and drug dependence (except nicotine dependence); 6. Patients with or having been suffering from drug-induced malignant syndrome and severe tardive dyskinesia; 7. Pregnant or lactating women, or planned pregnancy.
