Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy control group: 1. Adults without liver diseases or other diseases affecting liver function (such as hepatitis, liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis, etc.), chronic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.) and severe systemic diseases (such as severe blood system diseases, malignant tumors, etc.) are not involved in the past. 2. Subjects without abnormal liver function and liver imaging examination; 3. Subjects who have not taken any drugs that affect hepatic blood flow and oxygen consumption recently, such as vasodilators, diuretics, etc. Iron overload group: 1. It is an adult whose serum ferritin (normal: 12-150 µ g / L for female; 15-200 µ g / L for male) exceeds the normal range. 2. Subjects without abnormal liver function and liver imaging examination; 3. Subjects who have not taken any drugs that affect hepatic blood flow and oxygen consumption recently, such as vasodilators, diuretics, etc. 4. All subjects voluntarily accepted MRI examination and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor image quality and obvious respiratory artifact; 2. Patients who can't cooperate with breath holding and lead to blurred images; 3. Subjects with contraindications of MRI, such as claustrophobia and pacemaker; 4. Patients with iodine allergy and ICG allergy.
