Group A:0.25% ropivacaine 20ml brachial plexus block
Group B: 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml brachial plexus block
Group C:0.5% ropivacaine 20ml brachial plexus block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients who underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery in our hospital were selected; 2. Patients with ASA grade I or II; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years; 4. Patients with body mass index <= 30kg / m2; 5. Men and women are not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with orthostatic hypotension history; 3. Patients with nervous system or mental illness; 4. Patients with hearing and visual impairment; 5. Patients with severe liver disease; 6. Pregnant women.
