Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. sign the informed consent 2. Aged 40 to 70 years old; 3. New diagnosis of MS, or previous diagnosis of MS, poor control of hypoglycemic, hypotensive, lipid-lowering drugs, or obesity.BMI<=35, blood glucose <16,7mmol/L, HbA1c < 9%, systolic blood pressure < 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure < 110mmHg. In line with the standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type I diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, ketoacidosis and seriously infected persons; 2. Allergic constitution; 3. Women who are pregnant or preparing to be pregnant or breast-feeding; 4. Recent operation, infection, myocardial infarction and other stress states; 5. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain, blood system complications or other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients (ALT, BUN, Cr increased by more than 1.5 times); 6. Those who did not agree with the author (who could not cooperate with the diet control, or did not take the medicine according to the regulation, which affected the curative effect).
