Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years old; 2. DXA confirmed bone mass reduction or skeletal muscle mass reduction; Diagnostic criteria for osteopenia: DXA measured 1-4 lumbar spine, hip, femoral neck bone mineral density (t value) was lower than the same gender, race of normal adults bone peak value more than 1 standard deviation. Diagnostic criteria for reduced skeletal muscle mass: according to the diagnostic criteria of Asian sarcopenia working group (AWGs), SMI of male was less than 7.0 kg / m2, and that of female was less than 5.4 kg/m2. 3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary osteoporosis; 2. severe liver and kidney dysfunction, creatinine clearance rate < 35ml / min; 3. clinical fracture history within 3 months; 4. fever or infectious disease or acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease history within 1 month; 5. history of bisphosphonates, estrogen, parathyroid hormone and other drugs affecting bone metabolism; 6. suffering from muscle disease, taking drugs affecting muscle function or Patients with diseases that affect physical activity; 7. malignant tumors; 8. patients with aphasia, delirium, and unable to communicate due to severe cognitive impairment, who do not agree to participate in the survey; 9. patients with a major disease whose survival time is expected to be less than 6 months.
