Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Men aged 40-80 years; (2) Patients with prostate disease who have not been treated by radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (3) All patients underwent multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and prostate biopsy, in which patients with prostate cancer underwent radical prostatectomy; (4) Multi-parameter MAGNETIC resonance imaging examination within 2 weeks before prostate puncture; (5) The specimen after radical prostatectomy was a complete prostate specimen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are intolerant to MRI examination and have claustrophobia, early pregnancy, metal implantation in the body, contrast agent allergy, etc.; (2) No pathological results; (3) Had undergone prostatectomy, including electric resection and partial resection; (4) Image quality is not up to standard.
